RESERVATION INFORMATION

- All reservations must be made prior to arrival.

- You will receive an email confirmation after completing your reservation.

- With in 1 day of your reservation an email will be sent with the check in instructions.  

- 50% non-refundable reservation if made more than 48 hours in advance, 100% if made with in 48 hours.

- Check in time is AFTER 3 PM

- Check out time is BEFORE NOON

- Reservations can be canceled by emailing us at reservations@theclevelandhostel.com

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged for the first night.
